Startup Venture Partnerships, LLC (SVP) and Blue Ocean Holdings Venture, LLC have agreed to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the purpose of enumerating terms under which both entities would enter into subsequent individual, non-exclusive teaming agreements and or joint ventures with respect to their mutual interests. Specifically, where appropriate, SVP and Blue Ocean will identify and assist in the development of synergies between the two parties (to include their respective subsidiaries, holdings, affiliates, and/or associates).
